Are you currently accepting applications?

We are currently accepting applications for the current school year. Applications for the following school year will open on November 1.Please make sure you complete the correct applications for the school year for which you are applying. Applications submitted for the current school year but intended for the following school year will be discarded.

Question 2

What time can I drop of my student and what time do I have to pick up my student by?

GCA provides supervision from 7:15-3:30 Monday-Thursday and from 7:15-11:00 on Friday

Question 3

When will I hear back about an application acceptance?

The review process usually takes 2-3 weeks after the application has been received. Please keep an eye out on your email (Inbox and SPAM) once you have submitted an application as this will be our method of communication for all application related correspondence. If you receive an offer of acceptance, you will have one week from the date of noficiation to accept and pay the non-rfundable technology fee. Please note this is a two-part process and both parts must be completed to accept your spot at GCA. If you are nofitied you are on the waitlist, there is no way for us to tell you where you are on the waitlist as it is based on each students need and course availability. We review the waitlist frequently and will notify you promptly if a spot becomes available.

When does the Letter of Intent go out for returning students?

The Letter of Intent for current students will be sent by email at the beginning of February. Please be sure to check your Inbox and SPAM/Junk folder for this important communication. Please pay close attention to the posted deadline, as this is a hard deadline. The Letter of Intent process is a two-part process consisting of: Completing the Letter of Intent and Submitting the required payment. Both parts must be completed by the posted deadline to secure your student's spot for the next school year. Students whose Letter of Intent and payment have not been completed by the posted deadline will be placed on the waitlist for the next school year.

Why am I receiving a link to register when I've already completed my Letter of Intent?

All returning students complete their Letter of Intent in February and all students must complete registration before the school year starts. Registration helps us update phone numbers and addresses, and lets parents e-sign any beginning of the year paperwork.

Question 6

Do you offer tours of your campuses?

Accepted Answer

We do offer tours; however, we suggest attending our Information Sessions that include a tour. These give you the best insight into Gray Collegiate Academy and all we have to offer. If no Information Sessions works for you, we do offer tours on Fridays at 9 am during the school year. Please call the office if you'd like to schedule a Friday tour.

Question 7

Will students be allowed to switch campuses from year to year?

Parents can note their desire to change campuses on the Letter of Intent. The transfer will be based on course availability.
